Legal Status

Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a regional and public establishment by-law no 88 – 43 of 19th of May, 1988, completed and modified by-law no 92- 112 of November 23rd, 1992. It is endowed with its civil figure and financial independence under the supervision of Commerce Department.

The territorial district of Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry covers Sfax Governorate comprising 16 delegations and 16 municipalities.
