For a LLC (Limited Liability Company) :
- In the case of a Manager
- Well filled in Form
- 2 Photos
- Invitation from a French partner or hotel reservation or Lodging Certificate
- JORT
- Company Status
- Opening statement of the company
- Trade Register
- DIR (Income-tax return) of the company (Last corporation tax quittance)
- DIR (Income-tax return) of the individual ( Last personal tax quittance)
- Travel Insurance
- Birth certificate in French
- The 3 bank reports of the company or International Visa Card
or A.V.A. (Allocation of Business Travel)
- Visa fees 105 TND
- In the case of the employee :
- Well filled in Application Form
- 2 Photos
- DIR (Income-tax return) of the company (Last corporation tax quittance)
- DIR (Income-tax return) of the individual (Last personal tax quittance)
- Travel Insurance
- Birth certificate in French
- The 3 last bank reports
- Employment Verification Letter
- Travel order if it is a business trip and a work break notice if it is a touristic trip
- CNSS History
- * Visa fees 105 TND
For a Private Limited Company or an individual
- Well filled in Application Form
- 2 Photos
- Invitation from a French partner or hotel reservation or Lodging Certificate
- Legal File: Opening Statement, Register, trading license
- DIR (Income-tax return) of the individual ( Last personal tax quittance)
- Travel Insurance
- Birth certificate in French
- CNSS History
- Visa fees 105 TND
Note : In order to benefit from the service of obtaining a visa through the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry "SCCI" adherence to the 2009 package of "SCCI” is mandatory, annual membership fees is of 300 Dinars .
