The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax informs all the exporters interested in the Moroccan market that according to the administration circular of customs and indirect taxes n ° 6274/223 of January 3, 2022 the Moroccan authorities have reviewed the free Moroccan-Tunisian trade agreement of 03/16/1999, changes have been made to the nomenclature of the import duty tariff, starting from January 1, 2022, establishing a supplementary list of Tunisian products subject to a unique tax of 17.5%.
These products cover many categories of sector: food (drinks, cereals, chocolate, fish, vegetables and fruit, juice, margarine, etc.), construction (furniture, PVC, paper, floor tiles, household items, glass, forged articles, etc.), leather and footwear, hydrocarbons, pharmaceutical products, cosmetic products.
