Deadline extended to 16.08.2021: Call for applications for Mentors of the MEDSt@rts Project fpr the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax, is a partner in MEDSt@rts project –Med microfinance support system for start-ups- financed by the European program ENI CBC MED 2014-2020, launched a call for applications for “05 Mentors” for the project.
The objectives of the MEDSt@rts in terms of permanent development are for the mentors to provide support and assistance to 15 entrepreneurs and MEDSt@rts startups through sessions of mentoring.
Each mentor is responsible for transferring the knowledge and skills that are viable and necessary for the success of each individual project.
1-The Marketing Mentor
The Marketing mentor is in charge of writing marketing plans for each participant based on the nature of their work and vision.
Participants are expected to receive advice and support, which would enable them to develop their marketing and management skills and which would consequently help them overcome a variety of marketing challenges.
2-The Legal Mentor
The judiciary mentor is responsible for providing counseling to young entrepreneurs, with emphasis on the development of skills, commercial orientation, professional contacts and the resolution of problems.
He is in charge of providing startups with personalized advice and legal knowledge based on their needs, as well as documents that could be helpful to their activities.
3-The Investment Mentor
The investment mentor is in charge of elaborating plans and investment strategies for each participant, which would allow them to set realistic objectives for the long term. The mentor must provide participants with personalized advice based on market trends and their particular needs.
The objective of the mentoring session is to allow participants to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to attract national and international investors.
4-The Financial Mentor
The financial mentor is responsible for elaborating financial and budget allocation plans for each participant. In addition, he is expected to help participants overcome budgetary difficulties to which they could be confronted. He is also in charge of assessing the financial situation of each participant, consequently to develop it, ensuring durability and success on the market.
5- The Customer Service Mentor
The customer service mentor is in charge of supervising MEDSt@rts participants and providing them with the necessary knowledge to deliver easy and enjoyable experience to clients, in the aim of facilitating the growth of startups. They are as well in charge of developing complete customer service plans which would allow startups to be guided and successful in the long term.
