Ceremony presentation of participation certificates for the 10 Tunisian promoters of microfinance

The Chamber and Commerce of Sfax, recently completed a training cycle of 120 hours, for the benefit of 10 microfinance promoters as part of the MEDSt@rts project.

From Wednesday March 17 2021 to Friday, the 10 promoters undertook a training course delivered by experts specialized in microfinance with the intention of acquiring the necessary skills and tools to guide young Tunisian entrepreneurs towards the most appropriate and available financial solutions to their projects and provide them with support in the development stages of their project.

Two promoters will be afterwards selected to manage the Virtual/Front desk counter and provide a start-up guidance service.

Promoted by the ENI CBC MED program, instrument for cross-border cooperation in the Mediterranean basin for the period 2014-2020, MEDSt@rts plans similar paths in Greece, Italy, Palestine, Lebanon, Fondazione di Sardegna and the principal beneficiary in partnership with the SFIRS is the Italian-Arab Chamber of Cooperation, The Chamber of  (Italy), the Achaia Chamber (Greece), the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Tunisia), LEADERS (Palestine) and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Sidon and South Lebanon (Lebanon).
