Notice to URS exporters
The chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax informs all exporters interested in the French market, that it has been decided to no longer commercialize fresh agriculture products packaged in plastic materials on the French market, starting from the year 2022, according to the French authorities decree (Decree n°2021-1318 of 8 October related to supplies conformity of fresh fruits and vegetables non-transformed without package in parts or in all in plastic materials) and the use of plastic materials for the packaging of certain types of fresh vegetables and fruits according to a schedule stretching between 2023 and 2026 is forbidden.
