The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax is organizing a training course on the theme of “Project management”

 

This training will be delivered by a qualified trainer, on February 23-24, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the CCIS headquarters.

 

Training objectives

  • Understand the essential methods of project management
  • Learn the use of simple and effective techniques in order to better manage projects in every step of their life cycle
  • Learn to clarify objectives, transform a contract into a deliverable one
  • Understand the different phases of the execution of a project
  • Manage resources, before, during and after the project
  • Calculate the human resources necessary for the project
  • Carefully follow the execution of a project
  • Assess the risks inherent to a project
  • Incorporate the financial problems into the execution of the project
