The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax is organizing a training course on the theme of: "The method of continuous improvement"

This training will be delivered by Mr. Ramzi Majdoubi, Assistance and Consulting Engineer at the Technical Center for Packaging and Conditioning "PACKTEC", on Tuesday June 29 and Wednesday June 30, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the CCIS headquarters.

Training aims :

* Understand the logic of continuous improvement in industrial or service companies

* Acquire and practice the tools of permanent progress in order to to ameliorate quality and productivity

* Understand the concept and methodology of continuous improvement in an industrial environment

* Prepare for the practical implementation of an improvement project in industry

* Know the different types of waste

* Understand the KAIZEN, SMED, and 5S concept

* Master the calculation of improvement indicators

Target population :

* Responsible for continuous improvement

* Quality Manager

* Production and/or methods manager

* Process manager

* Any manager wishing to engage in continuous improvement in his activity
