The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax is organizing a training course on the theme of: “The techniques and tools of the performing buyer”. This course will be delivered by a high-level expert on March 15, 16 and 17 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the CCIS headquarters.
Training objectives:
- Master the techniques in order to improve your purchasing function.
- Help to efficiently source your suppliers
- Better negotiate and secure your purchase contracts.
- Monitor and measure the impact of purchases
- Monitor and measure the impact of the purchase on the company's outcome.
- Know all the steps of the purchasing process
- Conduct a purchasing act from the analysis of the need to the analysis of the offers

Participation fees: 850 DT HT (+19%VAT).
