The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax is organizing a training course on the theme: "Tools for continuous improvement in the industrial environment"
This training will be delivered by an Expert from the Technical Center for Packaging and Conditioning "PACKTEC", on Thursday February 17 and Friday February 18, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the CCIS headquarters.
Training objectives:
- Understand the concept of continuous improvement in industrial and service companies
- Acquire and practice the tools of permanent progress in order to enhance the quality and productivity
- Integrate the concept and continuous improvement methodology in an industrial environment
- Prepare for the practical implementation of an industrial improvement project.
- Know the different types of waste
- Understand the concept of KAIZEN, SMED et 5s
- Master the calculation of improvement indicators

Any manager desiring to incorporate the concept of continuous improvement in his activity
